The York University Biophysics High School Contest (YBHSC) is a competition for Canadian high school students in the field of biophysics. The contest aims to encourage students to investigate a rapidly growing frontier of science, and to promote communication skills. It will reveal the interdisciplinary threads that connect together the physical and life sciences, which can seem and feel like disparate areas of science in high school and even in university. Cash prizes will be awarded to both student participants and their high schools.
